Too Suburban

There are many issues that come with living in the bubble of conformity and in a society that is not fond of change

Not everyone is meant to fit into the mold of perfection

I started Too Suburban in 2020 because of the compartmentalized self image I felt growing up in a place where art and deep expression weren’t exactly accepted, unless it was something that was “trendy”.

In the past year, I have expanded on this project. Multimedia pieces creating characters of suburban housewives within myself that focus on the issues with living in the bubble of conformity.

I’ve learned more that not everyone is meant to fit into society’s mold of perfection
